George C. Romero
Chief Executive Officer

George Romero is a film and television producer and director and is one half of Romero Pictures with Rebecca Romero.

With almost two dozen films and hundreds of commercial campaigns under his belt, George has written, produced and/or directed, arranged financing for more than 35 film, television and streaming projects and serves as a business consultant and mentor for young and new filmmakers, content creators and entrepreneurs to help them navigate the turbulence of the entertainment industry.

Romero also works as a set/production designer for small, independent short films and feature length projects; overseeing and executing the design and construction of sets, props and design pieces with his son.

George received a B.A. in English Literature and attended the film production program at the Valencia school of film in Orlando, FL. What sets him apart from other producer/directors is the fact that he spent his early life coming up hard in the film industry working in almost every department on small and large film productions from his father’s “The Dark Half” to “The Burbs” and “Roadhouse,” to name a few.

This early and comprehensive exposure to the film industry and the process of filmmaking offered Romero the opportunity to learn the intimate details of production at a granular level while nurturing his own creative endeavors which has led Romero to his current career stage and afforded him the experience necessary to provide a steady and guiding hand to those he works with and mentors

Todd Oifer
Chief Financial Officer

Todd  Oifer has over 27 year of business  startup and management experience.  He has been actively involved in the real estate, investment banking, franchising & contracting industries.  Mr. Oifer founded several service related business. He co-founded & franchised NOT1BUG Pest solutions with operations in NY, NJ, PA & FL. Founded ETA Services a total facility service contracting company, and is a partner of Tritech Group, LLC a staff augmentation business.  

Todd has a BA degree from Thomas Edison State University, holds several relevant licenses / certificates and is the member of many trade organizations.  He currently lives in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

Edward McKeever
Chief Operations Officer

Ed McKeever spent twenty years providing venue security, executive protection and event personnel for world class venues and casino live events in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A former recipient of Atlantic City's Top 40 Under 40 for dynamic leadership and philanthropic efforts. Awarded accommodations from NJ Assembly and Senate as well as local leadership for contributions to the betterment of Atlantic City.  Managing five hundred plus employees in his tenure of Director Event Security and Regional Vice President of industry leading tri state area event services firm. 

 Worked on sets including the acclaimed series The Sopranos, Feature Film The Warrior, Bounty Hunter and AMC hit show Comic Book Men.  Produced Indie Films including the award winning Horror-Thriller 100 ACRES OF HELL
